Departure into the future

Weiter geht es im Transformationsprozess: nach 30 Jahren zeigt sich die führende unabhängige Dialogplattform der Foodbranche der DACH-Region in frischem Look: neues Logo, Webauftritt im modernen Design und an die heutige Zeit angepasstes Naming: das Symposium Essen +Trinken – vormals Symposium Feines Essen +Trinken ­ – geht mit zahlreichen Schritten voran in Richtung Zukunft. Anlass ist der interne Strukturwandel, den die Branchenplattform Anfang des Jahres angestoßen hat.

Begründung für den Changeprozess des Symposiums, ist die tiefgehende Veränderung in Gesellschaft und Branche: das Metathema Ernährung rückt immer mehr ins Zentrum der Öffentlichkeit und damit einhergehend dessen Nachhaltigkeit und verantwortlicher Umgang in allen Lieferketten. Um diesen Wandel angemessen beantworten und begleiten zu können, wird sich das Symposium öffnen und breiter aufstellen. Dazu erweitert die Dialogplattform ihre Leistungen, um sie allen Branchenteilnehmern in einer wachsenden Zahl von Veranstaltungsformaten, Kanälen und Dialogchancen zugänglich zu machen. So gibt es bald mehr Angebote für alle Player der Branche: vom Einzelhandel, Discounter oder Onlinehandel bis zum Familienunternehmen, lokalen Champion und Start-up. Egal ob etablierter Entscheider oder Nachwuchs, das Symposium bietet demnächst ein breit angelegtes attraktives Spektrum an Veranstaltungen und Formaten für die gesamte Foodbranche sowie alle ihre Zulieferer.

After completing her studies in business administration in Cologne, she worked for Johnson & Johnson, H.J. Heinz, Dr. Oetker and Bolton Group, among others. Most recently, she was Managing Director of the Lambertz Group. Natalie Gerits has been a partner in NGF rocks - We rock your markets for more than four years. During this time, she and her team have successfully managed national and international companies with a wide variety of business concepts in the FMCG sector. She has opened up new markets for her clients throughout Europe and implemented up-and-coming FMCG manufacturers in the national and international retail landscape.
